Quinton S. Seay

Quinton S. Seay is a Founding Partner at Seay/Felton LLC Trial Lawyers, a personal injury litigation law firm that is committed to pursuing justice for its clients.

He is a seasoned litigator who focuses primarily on cases related to truck and commercial vehicle crashes, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, burn injuries, and unsafe premises. Quinton is an AV-rated trial attorney with over 30 years of experience handling complex, high stakes civil litigation consisting of catastrophic personal injury, product liability, commercial vehicle crashes, medical negligence and business torts.

Quinton fought vigorously as plaintiff’s counsel in national litigation against a large bus line that subsequently resulted in the installation of protective shields for bus drivers on all buses in the fleet. He has recovered millions of dollars through both jury verdicts and settlements including a $4.4 million settlement in a commercial vehicle crash case and a $3 million settlement in a wrongful death case.

Before Seay/Felton, Quinton handled wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits at The Chestnut Firm. He was also Managing Partner in the Atlanta office of Thomas, Means, Gillis & Seay from 1999 to 2011.

From 1990 to 1999, Quinton was an Associate Attorney at Long, Weinberg, Ansley & Wheeler, an insurance defense firm. He was responsible for over 60 cases and provided legal defense for Fortune 500 companies such as Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, State Farm, and Allstate.

Quinton is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Gate City Bar Association, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Quinton earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science with honors from Morehouse College and his Juris Doctorate from Cornell University School of Law.
